Mt Penang infrastructure upgrades
Work has begun to provide much-needed upgrades to Mount Penang’s water, sewer, road and parking amenity. Taking place in a staged approach, these works will continue for the next three years.
Stage one has already started, with Bolte Civil undertaking sewer service works around the Central Coast Highway precinct. We expect this to create minimal disruption to tenants and will continue until August 2019.
Visitors to Mount Penang, as well as business and education tenants, may encounter an increase in trade vehicles and minor traffic disruptions during this first stage, particularly around the Central Coast Highway turnoff.
If you encounter any issues during this time, or if you have any questions, please contact Thomas O’Dea from Bolte Civil (0468 925 167) or project manager Luke Griffiths (0402 686 306).
A small section of Parklands Road will be closed on Saturday 25 May. Alternate routes will be in place to maintain access to Kariong Mountains High School and the Parklands – see map.
We are committed to maintaining steady traffic flow in and out of the precinct, as well as providing a safe route for pedestrians. Traffic control will be in place to coordinate traffic in both directions, and we expect minimal disruption.
